Baked Feta and Roasted Garlic

This incredibly easy dish is quite difficult to stop eating, so make sure you make extra.. its even good as leftovers over a green salad.

8 oz feta
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
8 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
2 sprigs thyme
Salt
Bread for serving

  1. Place all ingredients single layer in small pan and salt.

  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve with bread or crackers.
