Buffalo Cauliflower

We hear that air fryers are all the rage…. we tried these in the oven but all you if you have an air fryer, we would love to hear how yours turns out!

Cauliflower Buffalo w/ Tahini Dip

 

1 head cauliflower-broken into florets
2  tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
¼ cup flour/gf flour
¾ cup milk
Salt
Canola Oil for drizzle 

½ cup buffalo wing sauce
2 TBSP butter
1 TBSP honey, optional 

3 TBSP tahini
2 TBSP water
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp onion powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment. 

  2. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, flour, milk and salt. 

  3. Dredge the cauliflower through the batter and line on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, turn and bake for 10 more. 

  4. Meanwhile cook the wing sauce, butter and honey until the butter is melted. 

  5. In a separate bowl mix tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic and onion powder and salt to taste. 

  6. Remove cauliflower from oven, toss buffalo sauce on and cook for 10 more minutes. 

  7. Serve with tahini sauce.
