Bread Cheese with Calabrian chili, Honey and Olive Oil

This is an incredibly fun and tasty small dish. You can hopefully find bread cheese at your local store, I have found it at Whole Foods and a couple of other chains. It’s great for an appetizer (as we serve here) but can also be tossed onto a salad!


1 block bread cheese
3 Calabrian Chilies, chopped
1 TBSP honey
Olive oil
Sea salt

  1. Heat grill or pan. Brush cheese with olive oil. Grill on both sides for 5-6 minutes. Top with chiles, honey, oil and salt. Serve hot.
