Chef Laukert and Food Lab will demonstrate and serve a fabulous four-course dinner paired with three California, single-vineyard Pinot Noir wines from Cherry Pie: Stanly Ranch, Huckleberry Snodgrass and Rodgers Creek. The meal will also feature some special wines as a surprise.

Join guest Chef Michael Laukert of Hundred Acre Wine Group, for an out of the ordinary wine dinner. Laukert, bringing over 25 years of experience, is a chef and specialty food consultant, as well as editor and author of One True Vine: A Journal of Food, Wine, Life. Since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1991, he made the Napa Valley home and began to establish his culinary foundation at Tra Vigne restaurant.
