Vegetables are innately beautiful. Often times vegetables are relegated to second in line in classic culinary education. In this plant-based class, we are going to focus on vegetable cookery. Vegetables should be the star of the show.  In this class we will study how to cook vegetables to make them their most delicious. The plan is to do some "basics" with hyper-focused attention.  As we notice how and when plants grow, we can take a closer look at how to honor each plant's distinct nature. This class is part energetic nutrition, part vegetable basics and part art theory.
