Chef Casey Easton

Casey Easton is the founder and creative director of Food Lab. She started her career in the industry in 1999 when she attended the School Of Natural Cookery. Beginning her career as a natural foods chef has enabled her to cross the boundaries of many cuisines while underlaying her foundational skills of good, healthy plant based foods. 

She has been cooking in Boulder for 15 years. Starting as a personal chef has allowed her many opportunities, from cooking for non-pro-fits, to cooking at Aspen Food and Wine. She has been teaching classes since 2007 and now you will see her making sure all the nuts and bolts of running a business are in place. She believes that food and cooking should be a fundamental part of peoples lives, especially children and will be focusing energy on a kids program to get them more involved in cooking and eating good healthy food.
